We report three cases of Tourette syndrome, that were antipsychotic-naive or non-respondant to other drugs. They were treated with low doses of olanzapine (2.5 mg to 10 mg daily). They reached an important reduction in tic symptoms and social adaptation. The only side effects were mild sedation and weight gain.
