Abstract

In the Prader-Willi Syndrome the psychiatric symptomsare fundamentally behavioral disorders and obsessive-compulsive symptoms in relation with food. These aspectshave been published previously. Nevertheless, psychoticmanifestations in this syndrome are infrequent. Let uspresent a case of this comorbidity and a bibliographicreview in last years (Medline, EmBase, Cochrane) was doneabout this association.
