We consider the narrative therapeutic frame as the adequate frame for integration of concepts and ideas from others psychotherapeutic models. Working with the somatic patient the therapist must be flexible to adapt her or his skills to patient needs. The integrative perspective is one which support the design of «tailor shape» treatments. We describe a brief, crisis centred intervention way of treatment. The therapist role consist of facilitating narratives construction. He or she uses: a) general strategies, based in common factors, and b) integrative strategies based in compassing and guidance of the patient illness narratives. We describe the therapeutic process as a construction of new narratives the, according to the concrete history of the patient can be built from his or her biography, his or her thoughts, his or her behaviour or his or her relationships or beliefs system. Also, the therapist use specific skills to accomplish illness patient key problems. The integral care should include the relationship with the family and the medical team.
