Abstract

Since 1992 it has been reported that obsessivecompulsive behavior may emerge in patients treated with clozapine. We would like to report a case of obsessivecompulsive behavior emerging after initiation of treatment with clozapine in a 22-year-old man with a diagnosis of schizoaffective disorder that was succesfully treated with fluoxetine.
